Our Kickstarter campaign is Phase II of our five-phase program. The seed money given in the next thirty days literally “Kickstarts” our ability to procure professionals necessary flesh out the boring business parts of the plan so we can move into Phase III. We expect Phase III to last 120 days, so we can move into our Phase IV buildout plan by somewhere between August – November, 2024, and start serving you delicious food late in early to mid-2025.
